1. Return the two-wheeler on the specified Date and Time. A delay over 15 minutes without notification will incur a penalty.

2. Trip extension requests must be made at least 1 hour before drop-off. Extensions depend on bike availability. Unauthorized late returns will incur penalties:

   Weekdays: ₹100/hour (up to store closing)Weekends: Full day charge (up to store closing)

3. Lending the vehicle to others requires prior approval and document verification.

4. Minor helmet damages will incur fines as per vendor rates.

5. For vehicle damages due to accidents or mishandling, charges will be assessed and must be paid along with the daily rental fee until the bike is rentable again.

6. In case of theft, the customer must pay the full market rate of the two-wheeler.

7. Contact our executive or franchise before any engine repairs. Reimbursement requires the original printed invoice.

8. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process.

1. Riders must be 18 years or older. Orders for underage riders will be canceled without refund.
2. Required documents: Original Driving License and one of Passport, Election Card, or Aadhaar Card.
3. Bookings are subject to availability; cancellations may occur.
4. Riders must follow traffic laws and pay any penalties incurred.
5. No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs; damages must be compensated.
6. Bikes must be returned to the original pick-up location.
7. Call for trip extensions; subject to availability.
8. No changes to the confirmed pick-up date, time, or location.
9. Strict check-in (9:00 AM) and check-out (9:00 PM) times.
10. Kilometer limits apply based on booking type; excess kilometers incur additional charges starting from ₹5/km.

By using our services or renting a bike through 4HireRentals, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button on this electronic contract, you are consenting to be bound by this User Agreement. Please ensure that you read and understand all the provisions of this document before you start using 4HireRentals.

If you do not agree or accept any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, then please do not use 4HireRentals or avail any of the services being provided therein.

If this document is not in a language that you understand, you shall contact 4HireRentals at the email Inquiry@4HireRentals.com. Failure to do so within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the time of receipt of this document and your acceptance of this document by clicking “I ACCEPT” button shall be considered as your understanding of this document.

1. Agreement to Terms
   1.1. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User” or “Rider”) and 4HireRentals (“4HireRentals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the 4HireRentals website and platform as well as any other media form, media channel, or otherwise connected thereto.
   1.2. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the website and you must discontinue use immediately.
   1.3. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the website from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time.
   1.4. The information provided on the website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
   1.5. The users shall provide their financial data and details only after agreeing with the terms of use.

2. Responsible Use
   2.1. By using 4HireRentals, you represent and warrant that:
   2.1.1. all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
   2.1.2. you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
   2.1.3. you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
   2.1.4. you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
   2.1.5. you will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
   2.1.6. your use of the website will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
   2.2. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website (or any portion thereof).
   2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access 4HireRentals. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts.
   2.4. Accessing (or attempting to access) 4HireRentals by any means other than through the means we provide is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) 4HireRentals through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means.
   2.5. 4HireRentals does not screen or censor the customers who register on or/and access the 4HireRentals platform. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the website. You agree to use 4HireRentals only for lawful purposes without infringing the rights or restricting the use of this platform by a third party.
   2.6. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
   2.7. User represents and warrants that he/she shall at all times respect and follow all the traffic rules and regulations, and the user shall be solely liable to pay any challan issued by the relevant authority during the possession of the bike in his/her capacity.
   2.8. User further represents and warrants that he/she shall not ride the bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs as it is strictly prohibited by the authorities. 4HireRentals shall not be liable or responsible if any mischief happens during the possession of the bike in user’s capacity; the user shall be solely liable to pay all the damages occurred during that period.
   2.9. The user agrees that he/she shall not further rent or lend the bike or two-wheeler to any other person without obtaining 4HireRentals’ prior approval.

3. Account Terms and Service Booking
   3.1. In order to book a bike on rent through the 4HireRentals website or platform, you may be required to register with an account on 4HireRentals by providing the required details e.g., Your Personal Identification Information. You agree to keep your User ID and Password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
   3.2. To complete your Account registration or to facilitate service delivery, you must provide us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, area pin code, your driving license copy, aadhar card, and any other relevant information indicated as required.
   3.3. You acknowledge that 4HireRentals will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to 4HireRentals and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with 4HireRentals can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.
   3.4. 4HireRentals allows users to book a bike on rent through its website. Upon acceptance of such a booking request, 4HireRentals, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, shall help in facilitating the renting bike services through on-boarded Vendors requested by the users through the 4HireRentals website and platform.
   3.5. 4HireRentals does not own, rent, or offer on its own such bike renting services; these services are offered by the on-boarded Franchisee, Vendors, or Service Providers only. 4HireRentals is an online service-providing platform by engaging them. We reserve the right to refuse the services on the website at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.
   3.6. We generally send the confirmation mail for booking orders or notifications for the booking to the user within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the booking confirmation request. If you have not received the booking confirmation mail, in such a case you may contact us immediately through the contact us or by writing mail to Inquiry@4HireRentals.com.
   3.7. You agree and acknowledge that you have obtained eighteen (18) years of age or older to book a bike on rent. If you are underage, your booking shall be canceled at the option of 4HireRentals.
   3.8. A bike hired on rent through 4HireRentals needs to be returned or dropped at the specified date, time, or location as mentioned in the service booking terms. A delay of more than fifteen (15) minutes without intimating 4HireRentals or the Franchisee shall invite a penalty.
   3.9. In case of damage to the bike or two-wheeler booked on rent due to accident/mishandling/carelessness, appropriate charges will be calculated by the Franchisee owner or 4HireRentals and the user shall be liable to pay the same along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again. In case of theft or if the bike is stolen, the user is further liable to pay, in full, the market rate of that bike or two-wheeler.
   3.10. During the possession of the user’s, if the rented bike or two-wheeler’s engine fails, the user needs to contact the Field Executive of 4HireRentals or Franchisee owner before getting any repairs done. The original printed invoice is mandatory to claim reimbursement for the same.

1. Cancellation Charges: The following charges apply for cancellations:

2. 0-24 Hours Before Trip Start: No refund. The entire amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. More than 24 Hours Before Trip Start: 20% of the paid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining 80% will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Availability Cancellations: If the booking is canceled due to non-availability, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

5. Advance Payment Cancellations: No refund will be provided for cancellations post advance payment.

6. Authority to Cancel: 4HireRentals reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice.
